HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4231 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.13.09.2013 in I.A.No.702 of 2013 in O.S.No.1354 of 2008 passed by the Addl.Junior Civil Judge-XVIII M.M., Cybderabad,Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, dismissing the application filed under Order VI, Rule 17 r/ w Section 151 CPC seeking permission for amendment of the plaint.

During the pendency of this petition, as there was no stay, O.S.No. 1354 of 2008 was disposed of by the trial Court on 31.10.2014. As the O.S. itself was disposed of on 31.10.2014, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
