THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 6079 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in not regularizing the plots of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel for GHMC submits that by proceedings dated 15-05-2013, the plots of the petitioners were regularized under Layout Regularization Scheme and that no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
