O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.75 of 2015 on the file of Butchiyyapeta Police Station, Visakhapatnam Rural, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) (i) r/w 8(c ) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found in possession of 80 kgs of ganja.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the ganja seized from the petitioners is commercial quantity and therefore, bail cannot be granted to them.

Since the quantity of ganja seized from the petitioners is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J Dated: 9.6.2016 Nn
