HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32619 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not registering the F.I.R. against respondents 4 to 6 pursuant to her complaint, dated 29.08.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent-police. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to follow the guidelines laid down by Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI v GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1, and take appropriate action on the complaint stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 29.08.2018 in accordance with law.
