HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32445 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-police are not registering any crime pursuant to his compliant, dated 16.08.2018, in conducting investigation for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 426 and 506 IPC against the accused persons.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of reply to complaint, dated 18.09.2018, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent-police have made a GD entry on 15.09.2018 and took up enquiry. It is stated that during preliminary enquiry, it was revealed that it is purely civil in nature and accordingly, the complaint of the petitioner is closed. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available under law.
