Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In the facts and circumstances of the case, if the aforesaid appeal is still pending, the 2nd respondent is directed to fix an early date of hearing, hear all the parties and pass appropriate orders in the said appeal expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
