THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4331 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in suspending the petitioner from service by order, dated 05.11.2016.

It is admitted by both the learned counsel that against the order impugned in the writ petition, an appeal was preferred before the appellate authority, who in turn heard the appeal on 21.03.2017 and reserved it for orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the appeal was heard, the appellate authority may be directed to pass orders therein as expeditiously as possible.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping the rights of both the parties open. It is needless to observe that the appellate authority shall pass orders in the appeal preferred by the petitioner as soon as possible.
