THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Writ Petition No.24220 of 2013 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the petitioners, has informed the Court that the order passed by the Administrative Tribunal, in O.A.No.7250 of 2012 dated 22.04.2013 were not suspended by this Court, which would mean that the order passed by the Tribunal has already been worked out itself. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition is no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
