Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner and the respondent No.2 have compromised and living together. Therefore, no further cause would survive and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
