M.Subrahmanyam v. The A.P.S.R.T.C. Represented By Its Managing Director,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 20228 OF 2010 ORDER:
At request, when the writ petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the A.P.S.R.T.C has expressed it difficulties to settle the terminal benefits receivable by Sri M. Subrahmanyam due to the pendency of this writ petition and since Sri M. Subrahmanyam has himself died, the present writ petitioners who are his legal representatives are not desirous of prosecuting the case any further.
Hence, Sri G. Jagadeeswar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to enable the writ petitioners to approach the management of the A.P.S.R.T.C. for early settlement of the terminal benefits receivable by Sri M. Subrahmanyam. Preserving the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
