Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition as the petitioner and respondent are living happily as husband and wife. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.
