The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the applications dated 05.03.2018, 21.12.2015 and 3.5.2018, submitted by the petitioner to survey the land admeasuring Ac.0.58 cents situated at R.S.No.72/2 of Seethanagaram Village, Anakapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct the survey of the subject land of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the application/representations dated 3.5.2018 submitted by the petitioner for conducting the survey of the subject land, at the earliest, preferably within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all concerned and also taking into consideration the circulars issued from time to time.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
