Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner herein -wife of late Narayana Reddy, freedom Fighter, died on 27.03.2016 and in proof of the same, he has filed death certificate dated 12.07.2016 issued by Registrar of Births & Deaths, Jangaon Municipality, Warangal District.

In view of the said submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
