This petition is filed to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.616 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.541 of 2015 dated 29.05.2015 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur.

By the aforesaid order, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday in between 5.00 P.M. and 6.00 P.M. and that they should not enter into the limits of Kondapuram village till further orders.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioners-A13, A15 and A18 are complying with the conditions imposed against them ever since the date of their release, the aforesaid conditions imposed against the petitioners are hereby relaxed.
