Heard Sri P.Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. Both the learned counsel have stated that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order of this Court dated 11.04.2012 in W.P.No.6090 of 2011.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 11.04.2012 in W.P.No.6090 of 2011, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
