WRIT PETITION No.36013 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondents 1 and 2 in filling seats in MD (Homeo) for the academic year 2012-13 without following the guidelines contained in G.O.Ms.No.346, dated 10.12.2010, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, on instructions, submitted that as no interim order was granted by this Court, the admissions made for the academic year 2012-13 were not disturbed and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.45776 and 45777 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs are disposed of as infructuous.
