THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.32416 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the writ petitioner is only with regard to noncompletion of investigation and non-filing of a final report/charge sheet in case in Crime no.299 of 2017, registered on 08.09.2017, on the file of the Station House Officer, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323, 506 & 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri G.Subash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 11.09.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that the investigation is completed and a charge sheet was already filed, on 07.09.2018, by the Police Officer concerned before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangareddigudem. A copy of the charge sheet is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In that view of the matter and as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
