This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to register the property admeasuring 43 square yards out of Ac.11.95 cents in Survey No.913-3 of Chintalapudi Village and Mandal, on the ground that the land is 'Gramakantam'.

The issue raised in this writ petition has already fallen for consideration in W.P.No.718 of 2015 and has been decided on 19.02.2015.
