This Company Application is filed for the following prayer: a) condoning the delay of 1975 days in remitting the amount as directed in the order dated 10.06.2010 and direct the Official Liquidator to take necessary steps for transfer of ownership of Quarters New B-26, Sirsilk Colony, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Adilabad District in favour of the applicant.

2) Now the report is filed by the Official Liquidator stating that this Court may be pleased to direct the applicant to pay the sale consideration amount of Rs.22,458.04 along with interest as fixed by this Court from 10.08.2010 till date of deposit. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the report of the Official Liquidator, after hearing the learned counsel for application and respondent, this application is allowed on condition that the applicant shall pay the sale consideration amount with interest at 6% p.a. from 10.08.2010 till date of deposit. _______________________________ (A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J) 13.12.2017 Knl
