This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Guntur to dispose of C.C.No.237 of 2018 within a period of two months. It is contended that the calendar case is at the stage of arguments and if the pronouncement of judgment is delayed there will be possibility of untoward incident and requested to issue appropriate direction.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the stage of the calendar case, Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Guntur is directed to dispose of C.C.No.237 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
