Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime in pursuant to the complaint dated 17-12-2015 made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced notice dated 11-09-2018 which was issued to the petitioner and served a copy of the same on the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that after conducting enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, the same was found to be civil in nature.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
