SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1352 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) The complaint in this revision is that the petitioner before us, who is a decree holder moved execution petition bearing SR.No.5821 of 2015 before the Principal District Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam on 04.02.2016. But the learned Principal District Judge has neither rejected nor entertained the E.P. in spite of bringing to his attention the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in C.R.P.No.1340 of 2015 and batch on 01.10.2015.

Instead of keeping the revision pending, we consider it appropriate to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam to forthwith deal with EPSR.No.5821 of 2015, in accordance with principle enunciated by the Division Bench of this Court in C.R.P.No.1340 of 2015 and batch on 01.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, this civil revision petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
