THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.32358 OF 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is with regard to non-registration of a crime and non-issuance of an FIR on the reports/complaints, dated 23.08.2018 & 31.08.2018, lodged by the petitioner with the Station House Officer, Rajupalem Police Station, Rajupalem, Guntur District/the 5th respondent. Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, dated 10.09.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that after receipt of the copy of the report, dated 31.08.2018, by post, a case in Crime No.257 of 2018 was registered, on 07.09.2018, on the file of Rajupalem Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C..

In that view of the matter and as no further cause survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
