W.P.No.22753 of 2017 WRI T PETI TI ON No.22753 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) Heard Mr. T.S. Rayalu, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent-university. Mr. Ravinder Reddy takes notice for respondents 3 to 6.

3. The short grievance with which the petitioner came up with the above writ petition is that though the petitioner applied for issuance of a certificate under the quota for "Ward of insured person certificates", she was not issued with such a certificate for the current academic year 2017-18.

4. On instructions Mr. B.G. Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the E.S.I. Corporation submitted that there were two candidates with the same registration number and that therefore, the E.S.I. Corporation wanted to check the credentials of both the candidates before issuing the certificate. Now the Corporation has checked the credentials of both and the Corporation has come to the conclusion that the petitioner is entitled to be issued with a certificate. The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation assured that the petitioner can get a certificate and can upload her application today.

5. In view of the above no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may be permitted to upload her application under the quota "ward of insured persons".

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN __________________ JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI 11th July, 2017 Js.
