Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Endowments and Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 respectively and Sri Ambati Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if the private properties of the petitioners are required for any public purpose, the respondent authorities will follow the due process of law.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
