CVNR,J & TR,J L.A.A.S.No.37 of 2016 11.04.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 30.09.2015, in O.P.No.109 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District.

Today, by a separate order passed in L.A.A.S.M.P.No.610 of 2016, we have declined to condone the delay of 1277 days in setting aside abatement caused on account of death of the sole respondent. In view of dismissal of L.A.A.S.M.P.No.610 of 2016, the appeal stands rejected. 3.

As a sequel to rejection of the appeal, L.A.A.S.M.P.Nos.401, 611 and 612 of 2016 filed by the appellant for various interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
