ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the measures taken by the respondent Bank under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, including the possession notice, dated 22.04.2016, and the notice of intended sale including the e-auction notice, dated 10.05.2016, fixing the date of sale as 20.06.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the hearing, Mr.B.Sesi Bushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
