This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.44062 of 2014 in WP No.35225 of 2014, dated 20.11.2014. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has also joined the duty.
