THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37702 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.5 and 6 in conducting enquiry pursuant to a charge memo and for a consequential relief to reinstate the petitioner in service.

While issuing notice before admission on 08.12.2014, this Court directed the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance and arrears of salary to the petitioner. Since the respondents have not complied with the directions, the petitioner filed C.C.No.623 of 2015 and the same is pending. In the meantime, the services of the petitioner were terminated by order, dated 11.12.2015 and challenging the said order, the petitioner filed W.P.No.4665 of 2016 and the same is also pending. In view the same, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
