Heard Dr.Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor rvho is representing the Respondent-State. Despite of service of notrce upon the de facto complainant, none appears 2.
This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is filed seeking the Court to enlarge the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused in Crime No.172 of 2022 of Maddur Police Station, Narayanpet District, on bail. 3.
The facts of the case in brief as could be perceived through the contents of the complaint are that the petitioner startecl following the victim girl stating that he fell in love with her and subsequently, the victim giri also accepted for the proposal and thereafter, both of .them got indulged in sexuai intercourse due to which, finally, the victim girl became pregnant.

Making his submission, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner 15 ln judicia-1

(39) days and indeed, the petitioner and the victim girl voluntarily participated in the sexLlal intercourse and as the investigation is almost completed, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 5.
On the other hand, the submission of the learned Additionai Public Prosecutor is that the victim girl is a minor and that the investigation is still pending. 6.
The material available on record reveals grave allegations against the petitioner. Further, as per the contents of the complaint, due to the acts of the petitioner, a minor girl became pregnant. Also, the investigation is pending.

Therefore, this Court is of the view that the request of the petitioner cannot be honoured at this stage. B.
