On 08-08-2016, this court has passed conditional order for filing counter affidavit or depositing costs. The counter affidavit is filed.

Mr.P.Narasimhulu, representing petitioner, keeping in view the reply of respondents, requests the court to give liberty to petitioner to approach Redressal Cell, Ananthapur, for appropriate relief in the light of G.O.Ms.No.76, dated 13-04-2006 and G.O.Ms.No.88, dated 26-08-2010.

Assistant Government Pleader does not oppose the request.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
