Heard.
The petitioner seeks demarcation of her plot bearing No.1195/A admeasuring 340 sq. yards situated at Ayyappa Society, Khanamet Village, Rajendranagar Taluq, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner states that she filed a complaint before the 7th respondent against respondents 8 to 11 alleging that they are trespassing into her plot. Thereafter, the petitioner made representations before the 3rd respondent as well as the 2nd respondent seeking demarcation of her land. However, the record does not disclose any application made by the petitioner under the provisions of the A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 nor she has paid any requisite fee.
The petitioner has, therefore, to apply for survey, if she so desires in accordance with the aforesaid Act and the Rules and pay requisite fee and thereafter, such application can be considered by the 3rd respondent. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application, as aforesaid. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.
