Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. Thereafter, the University has sent a communication in Ref.No.2988/EA2/PG/2018, dated 15.09.2018, directing the college to relieve him and also return all original certificates.

2. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication. Hence the writ petition is closed. If the college does not comply with the directive of the university, it is open to the petitioner to come up. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
