THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.41 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw o.S.No.1010 of 2013 from the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Court of the XIII Additional District Jduge, Ranga Reddy District to be tried along with O.S.No.123 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
