This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.01.2017.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) on written instructions, submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in FIR No.81 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 324, 290, 384, 506 read with 34 of IPC on 10.02.2017 and hence, no further action is required in the present case.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in the present case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
