HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.42468 of 2016 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in opening rowdy-sheet in the name of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondents 1 and 2 not to call and harass the petitioner under the guise of rowdy-sheet registered against him. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to respondents 1 and 2 informing his grievances and on such representation, the authority concerned is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
