THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32392 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.5038 of 2017, dated 14.02.2017.

Following the above said Order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the impugned proceedings MC No.A/30/2018, dated 02.07.2018, issued by the Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Maddur, Mahabubnagar District/second respondent herein. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
