Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited. 2.

The substantive post of petitioner is Surface Mazdoor. According to petitioner, he is working as Helper Grade - I on deputation basis. He claims that he should be promoted to Grade - II. To this extent, a representation dated 22.12.2017 was submitted by the petitioner. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner. 4.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
