HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32399 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To declare the action of the 4th respondent in not concluding the proceedings in File No. B/ 947/ 2018, dated 09.07.2018 in pursuance of the orders of the 3rd respondent No.

D1/ 3118/ 2006, dated 25.09.2007 directing to complete the de novo enquiry within two months time from the date of the said order, which was completed by 25.11.2007 which was not complied, even after lapse of eleven years, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to dispose of the File No. B/ 947/ 2018, dated 09.07.2018."

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that if three months time is granted, the 4th respondent would dispose of File No. B/ 947/ 2018, dated 09.07.2018 by passing appropriate orders. 3.

Recording the above statement made by the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 4th respondent to dispose of File No. B/ 947/ 2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably,

within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
