HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL W.P.No.44350 of 2022 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: ".....to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not sanctioning medical leave from 26.09.2020 to 30.11.2020 due to illness of the petitioner which was also recommended by the respondent No.4 and also not recommending as per regularization of services along with her colleagues who were joined as contract Teachers which is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue posting/joining orders to the petitioner in the respondent No.4 College/School with all consequential benefits including regularization of services on par with juniors and pass such other order or orders."

Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contends that the petitioner is suffering at the hands of respondents for not considering her case for sanction of medical leave from 26.09.2020 to 30.11.2022, as the petitioner was suffering with high Blood Pressure, High Sugar and High thyroidic problem. He also submits that the petitioner has made representation to respondent No.2 dated 21.10.2022 and the respondents are neither considering the representation nor the service being
rendered by the petitioner in the respondents-Society for long years.
3. On the other hand, Mr.Bhoopal Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that while the representation dated 21.10.2022 made by the petitioner is under consideration, without waiting for consideration of such representation, the petitioner rushed to the Court.

This Court after considering the rival submissions and upon the request made by both the learned cousnels is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.10.2022 strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
