HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32444 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not granting pattas to the petitioners in RS.No.429 of new R.S.No.1101-1112, Mallampudi hamlet, Chorampudi Revenue Village, Bantumilli Mandal in which the petitioners are in possession and cultivating since several decades despite several representations made by them for sanctioning of assignment pattas as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 09-09-2018 stating that in pursuance to the orders in WP.No.21236 of 2001 and Batch, dated 24-04-2015, enquiry was ordered and the District Collector appointed the Revenue Divisional officer (R.D.O.), Bandar as enquiry officer and the R.D.O. submitted report to the District Collector and the matter is under process.

Since, this Court has already directed to complete the process within four months in the above writ petitions and it is stated that already report is submitted by R.D.O to the District Collector, the competent authority is directed to pass necessary orders on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
