THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.366 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C. to withdraw A.S.No.222 of 2012 from the file of IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the Additional Chief Judge or the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedy available to him under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
