THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. KESHAVA RAO CRI MI NAL REVI SI ON CASE NO.163 OF 2011 ORDER:

When the matter is called, learned Public Prosecutor placed before this Court, a letter dated 17.8.2018, stating that again after investigation, the case was referred as lack of evidence and on 22.1.2012 a final report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Zaheerabad.

In the light of the above said letter, no further cause would survive in the present Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that after verification of the record from the trial Court, respondent No.2 came to know that no such report was filed.

In such an event, it is open for respondent No.2 to initiate appropriate proceedings as per law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
