It is brought to the notice of this Court by both the counsel that this Appeal has been referred to Lokadalat for settlement between the parties and the parties have settled the dispute and an Award dt. 09.12.2017 is passed.

Recording the said submission, this Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dt.09.12.2017 passed by the Lokadalat. Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
