Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and J. Srinivas Rao for Respondent No.5.

The petitioners' grievance is that petitioners' assigned lands have been taken for the purpose of Khiriguda Expansion Project at Bordam Village of Tiryani Mandal by the respondents, but no compensation has been paid; and that they have made a representation dated 20.08.2018 to 2nd respondent, but he has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioners and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioners and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5.

As sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
