THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.1588 of 2013 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners had filed a letter before the Registry stating that the parties had settled the matter outside the Court and that for recording the compromise before the trial Court the stay orders in the present CRP are coming in their way and that therefore, he was instructed by his clients to withdraw the revision petition. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
