THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.32390 OF 2018

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that, though no crime is registered against him, 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Aler Police Station, Aler, Yadadri Bhongir District, is interfering with his life and liberty, without any authority of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Aler Police Station, denying the allegation of the petitioner and stating that 4th respondent herein, who is the wife of the petitioner, lodged a complaint on 04.08.2018 and thereupon an entry was made in the general diary of the police station, and the petitioner was called to the police station ones for enquiry and, thereafter, he was never called. It is stated that as on today, no crime has been registered against the petitioner. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. ------------------------------------------ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:25-09-2018 AVS
