The learned counsel for the petitioner is continuously absent and even today also he is not present.

The writ petition is filed challenging the notification dated

06.04.2013 issued by the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Palakonda, for filling up of the vacancy of fair price shop dealership of shop No.485 of Kottisa Village, Vangara Mandal, Srikakulam District on permanent basis.

Probably by passage of time, the writ petition might have become infructuous.

In the circumstances and in view of the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner also, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
