The present writ petition is filed declaring the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 on the representation made by the petitioner on 19-08-2018 and 31-10-2013 to respondents 2 and 4 respectively for eventual assignment of the patta land in favour of the petitioner in respect of Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.360-1 Penukonda Village and Mandal, Ananthapuramu District as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation on 19-08-2018 to the 2nd respondent, but learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no such application is received by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that liberty may be given to the petitioner to make one more application.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
