THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1918 of 2011 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case is preferred against the Order dated 30-08-2011 passed by the learned VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in S.R.No.4483 of 2011 wherein the complaint of the complainant filed for the offences under Section 494, 420 and 120-B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, was dismissed.

02. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court and as such the matter has become infructuous.

03. The same is recorded.

04. In view of the above submission, nothing survives to proceed with this Criminal Revision Case and the same is liable to be dismissed.

05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
